Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one personalized garment or build a larger group order.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. The designer lets you upload artwork separately for every selected print location. Transparent PNG files are preferred.
Can I request a digital proof?
Yes. You can request a digital proof before production. Production pauses until written approval is received.
How long does production take?
Turnaround depends on quantity, artwork readiness, garment availability, and proof approval. The timeline is confirmed before production begins.
Do you offer group pricing?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more receive group savings, and completed designs for 30 or more can be submitted for custom bulk pricing.
Can schools, churches, and organizations request tax-exempt pricing?
Yes. Qualified organizations may upload the appropriate exemption documentation during the group quote process. Status remains pending until verified.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Keep your artwork and order details available. Reorder tools and permanent saved-design features will continue to expand after launch.
