Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one personalized garment or build a larger group order.
Can I upload my own artwork?
Yes. The designer lets you upload artwork separately for every selected print location. Transparent PNG files are preferred.
Can I request a digital proof?
You can request a digital proof for an online custom apparel order. Custom apparel ordered through the group quote process includes a digital proof. When a proof is required or requested, production waits for written approval.
How long does production take?
Custom apparel typically takes approximately 7 business days after required payment, ready-to-print artwork, garment availability, and any required proof approval. Shipping time is additional. Larger orders and backordered garments may require more time; your quote confirms the timeline.
Do you offer group pricing?
Save 5% on 6–10 items and 10% on 11–20. Orders of 21 or more use custom quote review. Final pricing is confirmed after review.
Can schools, churches, and organizations request tax-exempt pricing?
Yes. Qualified organizations may upload the appropriate exemption documentation during the group quote process. Status remains pending until verified.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Keep your artwork and order details available. Reorder tools and permanent saved-design features will continue to expand after launch.
