Processing & Production Time

Because our products are custom-made, personalized, or prepared specifically for each customer, orders require processing and production time before shipment.

Standard processing/production time: 2-5 business days
Production time begins after payment is received and all personalization details are confirmed
Orders with multiple items or larger quantities may require additional processing time

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time. Shipping estimates begin after your order has been completed and shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout and the destination.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Please note:

Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside of our control are not the responsibility of our shop
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

Additional shipping costs may be required before reshipment
Refunds may not be issued for shipping fees already paid

Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages

Once tracking confirms that an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly for assistance.
