Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer, please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase.

Personalized & Custom Products

All personalized, engraved, embroidered, printed, or custom-made products are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Each item is created specifically for you based on the customization details provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring all information is correct, including but not limited to:

  • Names

  • Dates

  • Initials

  • Text wording

  • Sizes

  • Colors

  • Design selections

  • Shipping information

We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Incorrect spelling or personalization details entered by the customer

  • Changes of mind after an order has been placed

  • Customer preference changes after production has started

  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer

  • Differences in color, placement, engraving depth, or appearance that are within normal production variations

Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Custom Product Variations

Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, slight variations may occur. These may include:

  • Minor differences in engraving, placement, or appearance

  • Natural variations in materials

  • Slight color differences due to screen settings, lighting, and product batches

These variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and are not considered defects.

Proofs & Design Approval

If a design proof or preview is provided, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the design before production begins.

Production will proceed based on the approved details.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there was an error caused by our shop, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by us, we will work with you to correct the problem, including replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Blank / Non-Personalized Apparel & Products

Blank, non-personalized apparel and products may be eligible for a return only if the item has a manufacturing defect or quality issue.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 business days of delivery.

For approved returns:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was caused by our shop

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected

Order Cancellations

Because many orders begin production shortly after purchase, cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
